What is Photography ?

    Photography is the art, application, and practice of creating durable images by recording light, either electronically by means of an image sensor, or chemically by means of a light-sensitive material such as photographic film. It is employed in many fields of science, manufacturing (e.g., photolithography), and business, as well as its more direct uses for art, film and video production, recreational purposes, hobby, and mass communication.[1]

           In photography, tool used for taking pictures (Camera + lens)

    Camera:
                    A camera is an optical instrument that captures a visual image. At their most basic, cameras are sealed boxes (the camera body) with a small hole (the aperture) that allows light in to capture an image on a light-sensitive surface (usually photographic film or a digital sensor).




     Lens:
         A camera lens (also known as photographic lens or photographic objective) is an optical lens or assembly of lenses used in conjunction with a camera body and mechanism to make images of objects either on photographic film or on other media capable of storing an image chemically or electronically.

Difference in DSLR and Mirrorless camera Dslr      A   digital single-lens reflex camera   ( digital SLR   or   DSLR ) is a   digital camera   that combines the optics and the mechanisms of a   single-lens reflex camera   with a   digital imaging sensor .  The reflex design scheme is the primary difference between a DSLR and other digital cameras.
